Privacy Policy

Hubmission LLC ("Hubmission," "we," "us") builds EscrowIQ and the software and services on this site. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us at info@hubmission.tech and we'll clarify or fix it.

What we collect

Contact and demo requests. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, agency/company, role, and whatever you write in the message field. This is used only to respond to your inquiry — it's emailed to our team and isn't stored in a database.

Purchases. When you buy a license, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the information needed to fulfill the order (name, email, and transaction details).

License activation and updates. Once EscrowIQ is installed and licensed, it periodically "checks in" with our License Gateway to confirm the license is valid and to check whether a newer version is available. This check-in sends your license key, a stable install identifier, and the installed app version — nothing else. Your SoftPro Select data, and the report data EscrowIQ generates from it, stays on your own server; it is never sent to us. The one exception is the optional Report Subscriptions add-on, which — only if you turn it on and configure recipients yourself — routes the scheduled report you chose through our email relay to the addresses you specified.

This website. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which ads lead to a demo request or a purchase. Both set cookies in your browser and send Google your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and general device and browser information. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a direct request to Google to fetch them — standard for most modern websites, and covered by Google's own privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of operating the site; we don't use these for tracking.

This is about the website only. None of it applies to the EscrowIQ application. EscrowIQ runs on your own server, contains no analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting SDK of any kind, and never transmits your SoftPro Select data or the reports generated from it. How we use it

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, deliver and support the product you've licensed, process payments, send license-related and product-update notifications, and — only if you've opted into Report Subscriptions — deliver the reports you've configured. We don't sell your information. We don't use the contact, purchase, or license information above for advertising — the only advertising-related data we handle is the website analytics described above, which tells us which ads lead to a demo request, not who you are.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Hubmission, each only for the purpose described above: Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (sending transactional email), Amazon Web Services (hosting our License Gateway and its database), Cloudflare (hosting this website), and Google (website analytics and ads conversion measurement, as described above). We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

License and customer account records are kept for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, and legal purposes. Contact form submissions are not stored beyond the email thread they generate.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact or account information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@hubmission.tech. Because SoftPro Select data and the reports generated from it live entirely on your own server under your own control, requests about that data should go through your organization's usual data-handling process — we don't have access to it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and license-gated endpoints — to protect the information described above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.

Children's privacy

EscrowIQ and this site are intended for business use by title and settlement industry professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site or product after a change means you accept the updated policy.
